Well, making the decision to get fit and live a healthy lifestyle will give you an unlimited bang for your buck. You will be overwhelmed by the results if you put some science and consistency be hind that motivation. That consistency will ultimately lead to many health supporting habits, which will improve your quality of life. Yes, losing weight and gaining muscle is a science. Your numbers have to be on point to see results. Do your research and only follow reputable advice. Develop a daily routine that you will not deviate from. That will help to form your habit.
